Gamma Business

Work with the team that supports small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. You’ll help Gamma deliver communications solutions to thousands of customers from a diverse range of businesses.

Gamma Enterprise

Get involved with projects that support large businesses and organisations. The Enterprise team delivers, manages and supports complex communications solutions that help big organisations stay connected and secure.

GammaLabs

Gamma’s innovation hub focused on digital and cloud-first business communication solutions to replace outdated communication methods and continuously enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. If you love problem-solving and building new things, GammaLabs could be for you.

What does Gamma offer?

All apprentice positions here at Gamma have a planned outcome, this is the role we are training and developing you to fulfil, you will be enrolled on an apprenticeship that relates to the role that you are being developed to fulfil. The apprenticeship will teach you new skills and behaviours to support your knowledge and help you to grow in your chosen field, to guide you on your development journey you will have an individual learning plan that aligns to the role we are developing you to fulfil.

Throughout your apprenticeship we will deliver tailored apprentice development sessions to educate and empower you to navigate and succeed in the modern workplace. These are all in pursuit of offering an apprentice experience that is focused on quality, to give you the best chance of success and to ensure we are developing you to have a fulling career.

Additionally you will receive an annually benchmarked salary, pay rises, holiday purchase, pension, and more.

What support do we offer our apprentices?

Although we expect our employees to be the owner of their own development, we will most certainly support you all the way. You will have a highly supportive line manager; you will be joining Gamma alongside other apprentices, and we shall support you to form a cohort and support network as you all navigate the same stage of your career.

We have several communities here at Gamma and we are proud to say we have an Early Careers Community that you could join, our dedicated Early Careers Manager is employed to support you and your manager, and your apprenticeship provider will be on hand throughout to support you. There are many others that will support you along the way.

What happens at the end?

Once you have completed your apprenticeship and you have completed the development in your learning plan you will be ready for the next phase of your career. This will see you promoted from your apprentice position into a role in the team you work in, usually it will be the next level up.
