For the degree apprenticeship in the UK and the apprentice opportunities in Glasgow, the final stage assessments will take place in June 2025. For all other apprenticeship opportunities in UK, the final stage of the process will take place in July 2025. Exact dates for each final stage assessment will be role dependent.

Once your initial application with your completed written application form has been submitted, our team will review your information and responses. Successful candidates will be invited to a Microsoft Teams interview to test your motivation and strengths for the role and to get to know you better. Following this stage, your application will be considered for the final stage assessment centre. All candidates will have access to supporting documentation and bespoke preparation calls to set you up for success throughout the process. For the first stage, you will receive an update on your written application within 72 hours. For all subsequent stages, you can expect to hear back within two weeks of completing each step in the process.

Yes, Gamma will cover travel expenses of up to £50. If you anticipate that your travel expenses will exceed this, please get in touch with simran@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk so the team can review your request.

For the apprentice opportunities in England, applicants must have been a UK or EU resident for at least the last three years and have full right to work in the UK. For apprentice roles in Scotland, you must be a current resident of Scotland.

Financial support for relocations will not be offered so please make sure to review the location of the opportunity you are applying for.

Yes – all Gamma apprentices are paid. Salaries are listed under each role on this website. Gamma’s apprentice salaries are externally benchmarked each year to ensure fair pay.

Gamma covers the full cost of the apprenticeship, as well as any additional training needed to help you succeed in your role.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will transition into a new role within your team.
