Gamma communications plc is listed in the UK and has been admitted to trading on AIM – the Alternative Investment Market. Gamma was listed on 10 October 2014.

Shares cannot be bought directly through Gamma but can be purchased through your bank or stockbroker. Link, our registrar, also offer a share dealing service which allows you to trade online or over the phone. Further information can be found on Link’s website: https://ww2.linkgroup.eu/share-deal/

Gamma’s financial year ends on 31 December. Annual results for the financial year are usually announced in March of the following year.

In addition, Gamma reports interim results for the six months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced in September.

Gamma’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held in May each year. Please see our financial calendar on this page above to check when the next AGM is to be held.

Gamma remains committed to a progressive dividend policy which has seen the dividend increase by between 10-15% every year since our IPO in 2014. Gamma has paid one third of the dividend as an interim dividend with the final two thirds as a final dividend once the results for the full year are known. We intend to continue this policy. If you would like to receive your dividends directly into your UK bank account or building society account, you can do so by registering for an account at Signal Shares at www.signalshares.com, enter Gamma Communications plc, then follow the instructions. You will need your IVC which can be found on your share certificate or dividend stationery.

Dividend confirmations are sent in hard copy in the post on each dividend mailing date. It will be attached to your dividend cheque if you receive your dividends by cheque, or you will receive a separate dividend confirmation if you receive your dividends directly into your bank account.
