On which stock exchange is Gamma Communications plc listed?
Gamma Communications plc is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Gamma was previously listed on AIM (the Alternative Investment Market) from 10 October 2014, before transferring to the ESCC listing category of the Main market of the London Stock Exchange on 2 May 2025

When does Gamma Communications report its financial results?
Gamma’s financial year ends on 31 December. Annual results for the financial year are usually announced in March of the following year.
In addition, Gamma reports interim results for the six months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced in September.

Dividends
What is Gamma’s dividend policy?
Gamma has maintained a progressive dividend since IPO in 2014, increasing payments by 10-15% annually. In January 2026, following a review of the Company’s capital structure, liquidity and cash generation, the Board announced a share buyback programme of up to £42.5m in FY 2026, with the intention to undertake a further £42.5m in FY 2027. In parallel, the Board intends to pay a dividend per share for the next two years fixed at FY 2025 levels, with the usual split of one‑third interim, two‑thirds final. The first dividend under this approach will be the 2026 interim dividend, to be declared alongside the 2026 interim results in September 2026.

I’ve lost my dividend cheque or is it out of date. Can I get a replacement?
Gamma no longer pays dividends by cheque and requires all holders to provide their bank account details to receive payments automatically. Please register for an Investor Centre account at uk.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com or via the Apple or Google apps by downloading in your relevant app store or via the QR codes below:
You will need your IVC which can be found on your share certificate or dividend stationery.
Once your bank details have been provided online, any outstanding dividends will be paid to you electronically.
