Main Market Listing

On 2 December 2024, Gamma Communications plc (the “Company”) announced a proposal and initiation of required workstreams to move to the ESCC listing category of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the “Main Market”). Admission to the Main Market became effective at 8.00am on Friday 2 May 2025 and the Company’s ordinary shares were simultaneously cancelled from trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market.
