What’s on at GX Summit 2025

This year’s GX Summit will emphasise technology’s real-world impact through a combination of live customer stories, expert panels and inspiring guest speakers. We’ll put a spotlight on the topics that matter most to Enterprise and Public Sector organisations in today’s evolving technology landscape.

  • How businesses can exceed both customer and employee experience
  • The growing intersection of security and networking
  • What digital transformation means for IT leaders in 2025

Transformation is always changing. Right now, AI is probably running in your front door, sneaking in the side door, and coming at you from all directions. The good news is – unless you’re a tech vendor – this isn’t a ‘winner takes all’ sprint. You’ve got time to explore, test, learn and set your own direction.

Join us for a dynamic session where experts and industry leaders share their experiences and insights on leveraging technology to drive business value. We’ll explore how AI can be integrated into enterprises, when to automate versus augment and where to create a stack or approach with a ‘weave’ methodology and mindset. Our panel will discuss real-world applications of technology, highlighting how to select the right use cases, overcome challenges and exceed customer expectations. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to harness AI and optimise your tech strategy for measurable business impact.

Join David Macfarlane, Managing Director of Gamma Enterprise Markets, as he shares valuable insights into the business performance and strategic direction of Gamma for the next 24 months. David will focus on key areas demanding attention, including our ongoing progress across Europe and efforts to establish stronger strategic partnerships.

Digital transformation has been a key focus on the CIO agenda for over a decade. As we move into 2025, the conversation is evolving. In this session we’ll explore why digital transformation is still at the forefront of IT strategy – and why it’s time to acknowledge that an equally important focus is Digital Evolution!

So, what does this shift mean for today’s CIOs?

We’ll guide you through our framework for navigating this new wave of digital evolution, exploring the emerging trends, technologies, and strategies that are driving business innovation in the new era. Learn how you can lead your organizations through this ongoing transformation and stay ahead in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Additionally, we’ll delve into some exciting updates across the Gamma solution portfolio, exploring how our offerings are evolving to meet the needs of today’s business landscape. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear what 2025 and beyond holds for Gamma, as we continue to innovate and drive growth in an ever-changing market.

As the networking landscape evolves, the lines between networking and security are increasingly blurring. In this session, we’ll explore why it’s critical for organisations to think about network and security together, and how this convergence is reshaping IT infrastructure. With the rise of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), CIOs and IT leaders must rethink traditional approaches to network security and observability.

We’ll dive into the benefits of converging network and security providers, from simplified management and enhanced performance to improved security posture. Join us to understand how this convergence can streamline operations, improve agility and drive stronger, more secure business outcomes in today’s complex, cloud-first world.

In today’s digital-first world, collaboration and communications solutions are critical for driving both customer and employee experience. In this session, we’ll explore how bringing collaboration and communication together can create seamless, integrated solutions that enhance productivity, drive innovation and ultimately deliver better experiences.

We’ll discuss how to align collaboration and communication technologies to break down silos, optimise workflows and create a seamless experience for both customers and employees. We’ll also delve into how the value of AI can be realised by automating processes, personalising interactions and providing data-driven insights to transform CX and EX and drive measurable impact across your organisation.
