Gamma was announced as the joint winner of the Contact Centre Vendor Award at the Comms Business Awards 2020. The virtual award ceremony was held on Tuesday 19th January 2021, complete with voiceover from Alan Dedicoat – better know as the “Voice of the Balls” on the National Lottery.
Gamma shared the winner’s spot for the Contact Centre Vendor Award with Cirrus. This award recognises those who excel in the Contact Centre space. It is an area that is growing and many businesses are differentiating their offering by investing in their customer experience. The judges of the award were looking for those offerings which created genuine value whilst also branching into new and innovative technology. Part of the award criteria was that the solutions must be channel friendly with vendors able to demonstrate how their partners have utilised their offerings to achieve success.
Daryl Pile, Managing Director – Channel at Gamma comments:
“We are delighted that Gamma has won the Specialist Award for Contact Centre Vendor at the Comms Business Awards, with our partner, Cirrus. Contact Centre is a key element for businesses so they can build relationships with their customers through a multi-channel approach. As a solution, it empowers contact centre agents to provide outstanding levels of customer service.
Well done and congratulations to all the winners, especially to those within the Gamma partner community.”
The awards were originally due to take place last June but were then delayed to October before being held as a virtual ceremony.
