Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading technology-based provider of communication services, today launched its renewed business-only mobile service, Gamma Mobile.
Exclusively built for the UK business market, Gamma Mobile has been designed to deliver improved coverage for voice and data to empower conducting business while on the move.
Gamma has strengthened its partnership with Three UK to provide customers with access to Three UK’s network and the latest mobile technology as soon as it becomes available.
Three UK’s ongoing £2bn+ investment in its network means Gamma’s Partners and customers will benefit from improved connectivity, speed, and coverage.
As the demand for data grows, businesses will be looking for providers that can deliver the necessary capacity. With Gamma Mobile, customers will be able to take advantage of Three UK’s strong 5G spectrum position, empowering them to unlock the future opportunities 5G brings to the business market.
Gamma Mobile also features new services, such as Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Native Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi), to deliver enhanced voice capabilities and better call quality.
Gamma is offering a series of flexible business mobile tariffs to suit the requirements of every type of business, as well as a simple value-added service with built-in cost optimisation. Gamma Mobile’s Tariff Optimiser service automatically calculates the most cost-effective tariff according to usage, removing the risk of bill shock or overpayments.
Chris Wade, Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Gamma, said:
“Mobile is increasingly important to Gamma’s overall product portfolio. We understand that customers are demanding more of their communications providers: they’re not just demanding voice, they’re also demanding strong access and data capabilities.
“This is why we are pleased to strengthen our partnership with Three to deliver the mobile connectivity, speed and coverage our customers demand.
“Through this partnership, we are bringing to the market some elements unique to this offering, such as Three’s Cloud-Core network and 5G capabilities, and our innovative business tariffing, coupled with all the technical aspects that customers would expect from their mobile service, such as VoLTE and Native VoWiFi.
“Gamma Mobile will allow us to combine Gamma’s business expertise and strength in customer service with Three’s strong network, to deliver a truly innovative and market-leading mobile service to the UK business market.”
John Dunican, Director of MVNO and Carrier Services at Three UK, commented:
“We are delighted to continue our partnership with Gamma to truly bring together the strengths of both organisations. Last year, we invested more than £2m a day in our infrastructure so we can maximise the deployment of the UK’s largest 5G spectrum holdings and enhancements to our 4G service.
“Gamma’s customers will benefit from our network, our technologies and the future opportunities that 5G brings to the business market.”
