Gamma picks up two awards at the 2020 Comms National Awards!

Gamma has won the Best Channel Portal and Keeping Britain Working Award at the annual Comms National Awards.

The awards were streamed live from the London Marriot Hotel on Grosvenor Square on Thursday, 22nd October, hosted by radio and television presenter, Colin Murray.

The Keeping Britain Working Award (Supplier) was a new category to acknowledge a network provider, vendor, service provider or distributer that provided exceptional service to its channel partners enabling them to help critical organisations maintain or upgrade their ICT infrastructure during the Covid-19 crisis. At the onset of Covid-19, Gamma was quick to react launching their comprehensive Support Package at the beginning of April, followed by a Recovery Package in June. These packages included a raft of immediate and ongoing measures to assist partners and their customers in areas such as hibernation, expansion and new business.

The Best Channel Portal category acknowledged the best portal that had enabled channel companies to order, manage and process goods or services more efficiently, providing maximum control, increased visibility and reduced overheads. The Gamma Portal underpins all elements of Gamma’s products and services, ensuring our partners have everything they need to provide outstanding customer service and seamless business operations.

Daryl Pile, Managing Director – Channel at Gamma commented:

We are delighted to have won both Best Channel Portal and a special category for this year, the Keeping Britain Working Award. The past few months have challenged us like never before and we have seen first-hand how our partners have gone the extra mile to support their customers during this time. It will be a tougher winter than normal, however we are in a strong position to weather it together. Well done to all the finalists and congratulations to all the winners, especially to those in our partner community.”
