That was the strapline for this year’s UK Partner Week. It’s a celebration of the strength behind these partnerships and reaffirms Gamma’s own beliefs behind channel success. With the right support, partners can scale with confidence and continue to meet their long-term goals with ease.
As a Platinum sponsor for the UK Partner Week Summit, we had to go all in and show our support. From award ceremonies and case studies to panels and announcements, we’ve been busy. But then again, we’d always go the extra mile for the good of the channel.
A new home for Gamma Business
We jumped the gun before 3rd July and started our activity early. Better for us to seize the initiative and give the Pragma LinkedIn account a makeover. Nothing wrong with being proactive, after all.
All of Gamma’s channel focused content can now be found on our dedicated Gamma Business account. Partners will get all the latest news directed straight to them, keeping abreast of everything Gamma is doing in the channel. Having that channel-focused stream means we can focus more on Gamma’s latest developments across the UK channel community.

Celebrating 18 months with Sharp
We’d be missing a trick if we were celebrating the ‘Power of Channel Partnerships’ and not mention those actual partnerships.
Gamma and Sharp IT Services have now been partners for 18 months, and we wanted to take some time and reflect on the journey so far. Simon Jefferies (Director of Technology) and Janine Chattenton (Head of Professional Services) outlined their thoughts and feelings on that collaboration between Gamma and Sharp.
Janine, having worked for a Gamma partner previously, thought it was an “obvious choice” to consider Gamma when going through a tender process. “Unrivalled support” and continuous interaction meant Sharp were “introduced to the right experts within the business.” The evolution of the product portfolio, including the introduction of Webex, means Gamma would always be Janine’s “first choice” for anyone looking for a partner.
For Simon, a “big… strong relationship” is integral to their daily operations. He mentions how previous partners haven’t valued that relationship as highly, making it difficult to build a solution that ultimately improves client experiences. That trusting relationship is “really key to the partnership” between Sharp and Gamma.
Thanks to Gamma’s support, Sharp has been able to meet client requirements around telephony with ease. That early success means Simon wants to see that partnership grow, especially with “aggressive plans to build [their] capability around the Gamma portfolio further.” All eyes are on furthering that current client base and “[extending it] as much as we possibly can.”
Channel Champions
The number of award ceremonies in the UK channel shows how dedicated we all are to celebrating success within the industry. One such event is Channel Champions, which recognises the incredible range of teams that contribute to leading channel organisations. It’s an opportunity to celebrate achievements in the channel space and support a platform that recognises and rewards outstanding industry performers.
Gamma was thrilled to sponsor both the Distributor and Reseller Billing and Finance Team of the Year categories. We saw several of our partners, including Fidelity Group and Focus, come away as category winners or highly commended entries.
We’re proud to be part of our partner’s ongoing success and are always excited to see the incredible difference they’re making in the UK channel space.
Introducing Gamma Edge
The launch of Gamma Edge presents a whole new era in partner acceleration. It’s built to provide partners with the right tools and incentives to achieve sustainable growth. This programme came from intimate conversations with partners on how they can win in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Will Morey points to how partners need to work with a company that “they can trust to be around for the long term.” If we wanted to summarise what Gamma Edge provides to our partners, we’d say it gives them:
- A co-developed business plan tailored to their goals.
- Simplified transitioning away from legacy technology.
- The ability to win deals faster through leading commercial offers.
- Smarter rewards for achieving that sustainable long-term growth.
This next step in how Gamma empowers our partners came from the strong, trusting relationships we’ve developed over the years. It’s a partner-centric programme that came from partner-driven insights.
When we say ‘One Partnership. Endless Opportunities’, this is us putting it into practice. Launching Gamma Edge underlines our commitment to partner growth and how a provider like Gamma is integral to that.
The summit of partner relationships
The penultimate day of UK Partner Week saw partners and vendors convene at Convene for the UK Partner Week Summit. Across the three themes of Sales, Marketing and Technology, experts offered their unique viewpoints on the sector’s opportunities and challenges. Our own team were on hand to converse with that wider channel community and share Gamma’s own work within the industry.
Gamma Business MD Will Morey also lent his own insights to a panel session dedicated to how leaders unlock employee ambitions and build long-term growth. As the first session of the day, this engaging conversation set the tone for a summit built to encourage collaboration across the sector.
We’re not done yet
We’ve now passed the halfway point in 2025 (if our calendar is right), and we’ve got plenty of time to keep delivering partner success. Right now, our Summer Solutions series is in full swing, with sessions covering PhoneLine+, FUSION IoT and SafeWeb Pro. These easily digestible webinars have all the tips and takeaways around Gamma’s own solutions and what it means for partners.
For any existing or prospective partners out there, then we hope you’ve already registered for Gammaverse 2025. We’ll welcome attendees to the Queen Elizabeth II Centre on 2nd October for a day filled with inspiring speakers, industry experts and thought-provoking content. Gammaverse, as always, delivers that cutting-edge value and encompasses that idea of being ‘Good Together’.
UK Partner Week may be over, but that doesn’t mean Gamma will be slowing down.
