Gamma acquires Unified Communications infrastructure provider Telsis

Complements strategy to become leading provider of UCaaS in Europe

Gamma is pleased to announce the acquisition of Telsis, a developer of UCaaS solutions for small to medium size enterprises.

Bringing the right combination of specialist development skills and engineering expertise, the acquisition of Telsis will help Gamma deliver its strategic goal of being the leading player in UCaaS.

Additionally, Telsis provides established routes to market that will support Gamma’s plans to ultimately introduce their expanding portfolio of UCaaS services to the European market.

Based in Fareham in the UK, Telsis employs approximately 25 people.
