Agenda

Cloud technology is set to completely overhaul the way that businesses operate, especially when it comes to contact centres. Amazon Web Services are fully aware of this, which is why they developed Amazon Connect to serve as a cloud-based, virtual contact centre that’s designed to take customer experience to a whole new level.

Through a case study that’s easy to follow, our experts will build on your current knowledge of contact centres and the Amazon Connect console, inevitably leading to a well-rounded understanding and appreciation of the Amazon Connect solution.

Amazon Connect accounts will be supplied to all attendees, so there won’t be any costs when building through Amazon Connect. All that’s required is a laptop and a mobile phone to test out your own contact centre for yourself.
