The channel has evolved, and so has Gamma

Gamma has come a long way since its early days, beginning in Newbury. From a UK start-up to a leading communications provider across Europe, the business has grown through consistency, focus and a deep commitment to the channel.

I’ve only been part of that journey since 2024, but it’s clear to me what’s driven it. Strong, honest relationships. A clear view of what partners need. And a team that delivers, without fuss.

Despite the scale we’ve reached, Gamma still sees itself as a challenger – a disrupter. That mindset has always been part of who we are, and it still drives how we think, build and show up for partners today.

Listening. Aligning. Growing.

My first move was to listen to partners, teams and customers. Understand what’s working, what’s not, and where the opportunity lies.

That’s led to a clearer, more joined-up approach. Growth planning that’s co-created, commercial support that works across the full Gamma portfolio, and tools that make success simpler. This is about making Gamma easier to grow with and easier to trust.

Because when things get more complex, confidence matters.

The state of the channel

The market continues to shift. Economic uncertainty, rising cyber threats and the need to consolidate tech are all changing the way our partners work.

Customers want more from fewer suppliers, and rightly so. That’s where Gamma is stepping in. We’re helping partners offer secure, future-ready solutions that unlock revenue, reduce risk, and cut through complexity.

This isn’t about adding more. It’s about making what you’ve got go further.

I wouldn’t describe success with Gamma as just commercial. It’s about building trust, staying competitive, and gaining the freedom to scale.

Our recent move to the Main Market is part of that. It brings stronger foundations and broader visibility, but the culture stays the same. No seismic shifts – just the same commitment, with more ways to deliver.

Our focus is still on creating value that lasts, for our partners and their customers.

That means doing the basics well. Turning up, being consistent, building relationships that matter. And always asking that one question: does this help our partners succeed?
