Cisco’s latest quarterly results show a clear message: collaboration is back in the spotlight.
The Gamma team works hard to give our partners and their customers the support they need to thrive. We believe it’s the foundation for building lasting, growth-focused relationships. Right from the outset, Gamma listens to what our partner’s ambitions are, as well as their customer strategies and long-term growth plans.
These conversations help us deliver next-level collaboration propositions like Webex for Gamma. Through AI-powered, secure communications, Gamma’s strategic focus on Cisco has never felt more aligned – or timelier.
Webex by the numbers
Cisco’s Q3 FY25 earnings highlight strong momentum in software and recurring revenue, with Webex cited as a key contributor to collaboration growth. Adoption is being driven by innovations in AI, security, and cross-platform interoperability, helping organisations modernise how they communicate.
Collaboration revenue came in at over $1 billion, with a steady year-on-year performance. Despite being in a highly competitive market, it’s clear just how much of a difference Webex has made. With over 85% of Webex’s revenue now recurring, Cisco have a solution that’s guaranteed to always deliver strong financial gains.
More than 100 new AI capabilities have been rolled out across the Webex suite. All the hype and potential around AI has resulted in a greater number of customer wins for Cisco. We’ve seen multiple Fortune 500 expansions alongside UK public sector contracts that showcase Cisco’s continued success.
Webex powers over 8 billion calls per month across over 200 countries. Those numbers speak for themselves.
AI and interoperability as growth drivers
Cisco is already embedding AI deeply across the Webex suite. Noise suppression removes any kind of distracting background noise that maintains decent call quality. Real-time translations, intelligent meeting summaries and conversation analysis also captures each key moment in each interaction.
These aren’t just future features. They’re live now and already delivering ROI for customers.
What does this mean for Gamma’s partners?
As Gamma’s partner community continues to grow, our product portfolio expands alongside it. The solutions we offer our channel partners enable them to address a wide range of customer requirements. Whenever a new partner comes on board, we’re excited to see how we can develop the partnership and grow together.
The market is quickly shifting from feature-based selling to outcome-based communication strategies. Webex allows those resellers to lead this conversation. That’s especially true with our tailored Webex for Gamma platform designed for the UK channel.
Gamma and Cisco: A strategic alliance
Gamma has invested in making Webex more partner-friendly. Now integrated into Horizon, we can deliver full Webex capability to our entire Horizon base, plus the new Webex for Gamma platform.
All this creates one value proposition with two platforms delivering simplified provisioning and wraparound support for sales, marketing, and enablement. As Cisco strengthens its own global Webex footprint, Gamma makes sure that it’s relevant and revenue-generating for UK resellers.
Built for growth
Cisco is firmly leaning into AI, customer experience, and security. Webex is becoming the platform that unifies voice, messaging, meetings, and CX under one secure, scalable framework. Gamma is betting on that future, and helping partners monetise it.
Chuck Robbins, CEO of Cisco Systems, has already seen that “strong demand for intelligent collaboration.” All of this is being driven from organisations that prioritise secure, AI-enhanced experiences. Webex is right at the heart of that transformation.
Cisco’s latest results confirm what we already knew. Webex is not just keeping pace; it’s setting the agenda. With Gamma’s own deep partnership, UK resellers have a clear path to grow revenue, differentiate their offer, and ride the wave of next-generation collaboration.
